Returns & Exchanges

We want the piece to be right. If it is not, we will exchange it.

Exchange window

Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

How to start an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 310 0338448 with your order number and a photograph of the piece. We will confirm the exchange and send you the return address. Please do not post anything back before that confirmation.

Pieces that cannot be exchanged

Anything altered, stitched to order, or worn. Embroidery is worked by hand and placement varies marginally between pieces, which is a characteristic of the craft rather than a fault.

If a piece arrives damaged

Tell us as soon as you open the parcel and we will make it right at our cost.
